GETTING THE BEST VALUE FROM YOUR HEALTH PLAN :
Perhaps, we as humans are our own best doctors because nobody knows us
like we know ourselves. When a patient knows himself and communicates
effectively and openly with his/her doctor, the job is half done. Therefore,
every enrollee should endeavor to:-
- Learn how the ExpatCare Health Plans works by reading
our enrollee guide
- At first point of contact with the General Practitioner,
feel free to disclose all the medical particulars you may have. Furthermore,
ask questions on how your medical care will be coordinated. This ensures
a smooth and friendly take-off of the relationship
- Take advantage of the ExpatCare Health prevention and
wellness programs including the sports and nutrition modules
- Schedule appointments in advance and respect them. Where
cancellations have to be made, they should be done ahead of the prior
fixed date, say 24 hours interval
- Build trust with the General Practitioner and ask questions
freely about your health because confidentiality is guaranteed
